Arranging your messages in folders

Example:
They all live together in your mailbox - a birthday greeting from your best friend, the sales report you asked your col league to send to you and a great joke you are unwilling to delete.
You can organize your mailbox without deleting any of those essential messages.

How?


  • Click the Folders button at the top of the screen.
  • Click Create.
  • Fill in the name of the new folder you would like to create.
  • You may fill in a description of the folder's contents.
  • Click the Create button
  • Check the box of any message you want to move.
  • Select the folder's name that appears next to Move to Folder, then click Move to Folder.
