Exchanging secure mails in a closed group

 Example:
You are a bank manager and you need to communicate bank policies with department managers on a regular basis. You don't want the local bank robber (who doubles as a computer hacker) to be reading messages you send to them. And you definitely don't want that annoying employee sending messages to this group.
You want an e-mailing system that is exclusive to you so that no messages from outside the group can penetrate the system and you have no intention of sending messages to people outside the group. It will be a system dedicated to your own internal use. You want to ensure that no one will be able to hack into the system to steal your confidential information and that only people authenticated by you will be able to have access to this information. Providing that all the group members use Safe-mailTM secure system, you can all use the Mail Control and Authentication functions to achieve your goal.
